Omega Institute is Hiring for 2015 Season

During a season at Omega, seasonal staff members contribute to Omega’s mission of awakening the best in the human spirit. They come from all walks of life and represent all ages, from 18-year-olds to retirees. These seasonal employees may be teachers on break from school working in the garden, lawyers serving in the Dining Hall, and college students eager to gain team-building skills by welcoming participants and helping them with luggage.
“Many staff members in mid-life find that a season at Omega is an ideal experience during a life transition or career change,” says Lis Giglio, assistant director of People and Culture at Omega. “It’s also perfect for young graduates and active retirees who want to participate in community living.”
Each year Omega welcomes more than 23,000 people to workshops, conferences and retreats in Rhinebeck and other exceptional locations around the world. Seasonal staff members are instrumental in producing a fantastic guest experience. They also enjoy Omega’s beautiful 200-acre campus, delicious meals in a mostly vegetarian dining hall, and access to a robust program of classes in everything from yoga, to the arts, to professional development.
