Judith Costa, a certified Love & Life coach, will lead a workshop in “How to Find Your Soul Mate” May 2 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at 240 East 53^rd St., New York, NY (next door to the Quest Bookshop). Costa has been researching soul mates for more than 14 years, and her work involves teachings about what is a real soul mate connection, how to improve self-love, and how to manifest the kind of relationship we want and deserve.

Participants will learn the meaning of a soul mate relationship and how to prepare for one; the three-step process to attract their soul mate; tools and techniques to manifest love; and how to identify and release patterns and unconscious beliefs that prevent them from attracting the kind of relationship they’re seeking.

Costa has a master’s degree in analytical psychology and psychotherapy. She works with groups and individuals, both online and in person, to help them overcome inner blocks to love and get to know themselves better. She uses various techniques, including coaching, astrology, past-life regression, the Akashic Records and dream interpretation.
