How Emotions Affect Intuition and Manifestation

Your intuition can guide you every step of the way to create your dreams, your goals and your heart’s desires. But if you’re feeling anger, sadness, fear, shame or guilt, these emotions need to be felt, healed, and released. They can be what’s keeping you from tapping into your intuition and the manifestation of your vision.
Step 1: Become aware of what you are feeling. Instead of trying to deny it or not feel it, acknowledge the feeling.
Step 2: Help yourself clear the feeling by taking action. Use your breath or exercise to process through it; intend that as you run, walk or dance, you are clearing the anger, fear or frustration. Write it out by expressing your feelings in a journal or on the computer. Or maybe you need to allow yourself to cry, to release the sadness or grief through tears. Breathe and let it out in a healthy way, by not hurting yourself, others or the environment.
Step 3: Now, notice how you feel after releasing the emotion. If another surfaces, feel it, or you may need to do deeper work to release or heal. Often after a release comes a sense of peace, where you can tune into your intuition and receive your next steps in creating your desire.
