Experience tranquility and balance with our Mindful Mondays with Michael, a complimentary virtual meditation workshop hosted from 6 to 7 p.m. on Monday, September 23, via Google Meets.
This monthly wellness series, sponsored by Natural Awakenings, is facilitated by co-publisher Michael Lehrman, a certified mindfulness expert. In this one-hour session, Lehrman will gently guide participants through a meditation focused on setting intentions, clearing the mind, and soothing the nervous system.
