Nourish Your Nervous System with Free Virtual Meditation

Experience tranquility and balance with our Mindful Mondays with Michael, a free virtual meditation workshop hosted from 6 to 7 p.m. on Monday, October 21, via Google Meets.
This monthly wellness series, sponsored by Natural Awakenings, is facilitated by co-publisher Michael Lehrman, a certified mindfulness expert. In this one-hour session, Lehrman gently guides participants through a meditation focused on setting intentions, clearing the mind, and soothing the nervous system.
