Led by Michael Lehrman, co-publisher of Natural Awakenings and certified mindfulness expert, this monthly wellness series invites participants to engage in a guided meditation designed to calm the mind, set positive intentions, and support nervous system health. Whether you’re a seasoned meditator or just curious, this hour provides a tranquil space to pause, breathe and reconnect.
