This spring, the Awaken Wellness Fair returns to the Westchester Marriott in Tarrytown, bringing together more than 100 exhibitors, healers, readers and speakers dedicated to holistic well-being. The event, featuring new exhibitors like Baltic Ambers Art and Rock Your Energy, takes place on March 30, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. “Today, more than ever before, people are looking for non-traditional ways to get and stay healthy,” Awaken Wellness Fair Founder, Paula Caracappa affirms.

For more than two decades, Caracappa has nurtured the Awaken Wellness Fair into a transformative space for holistic healing and self-discovery. What began in 2002 as a small gathering of 42 healers in a White Plains medical office has flourished into a highly anticipated event drawing hundreds of attendees across the tri-state area.

Originally conceived as “Goddess Day,” the event quickly evolved into an inclusive platform for seekers, healers and visionaries. “What started as a simple idea—a day of connection, healing and shared wisdom—quickly blossomed into something far greater,” Caracappa recalls. The fair now hosts over 100 exhibitors, offering alternative healing modalities, wellness products and expert-led talks aimed at personal growth and holistic well-being.
