As nature awakens, embrace the fresh energy of spring with a moment of mindfulness. Join Mindful Mondays with Michael—a free virtual meditation session—on Monday, April 21, from 6 to 7 p.m. via Google Meet.

Hosted by Michael Lehrman, co-publisher of Natural Awakenings and a certified mindfulness expert, this monthly series offers a heart-centered way to release stress and renew your inner balance. Whether you're new to meditation or a seasoned practitioner, this guided session will help you plant the seeds of intention, clarity and peace for the season ahead.

“As spring symbolizes renewal and growth, mindfulness is a beautiful way to align with nature’s rhythm,” shares Lehrman. “It refreshes the mind, strengthens the heart, and fosters a sense of purpose as we step into a new season.”

For two and a half years, Lehrman has cultivated a supportive mindfulness community through these sessions, offering a space to pause, reflect and grow.

“With each practice, we deepen our connection to the present moment,” he says. “Meditation is a gift—one that helps us feel grounded, vibrant and in harmony with the world around us.
